Rep. Joe Sestak, D-Pa., said Sunday the White House had offered him a job if he would withdraw from the primary race against Sen. Arlen Specter.
Sestak, who defeated the five-term incumbent Specter to win the Democratic nomination in the Senate primary, was asked on CBS's "Face the Nation" if the Obama administration had offered a position in exchange for his agreeing not to run.
"Yeah, he replied. "I was asked that question months after it happened. And I felt an obligation to answer it honestly. I said, 'yes.'
Asked what job, Sestak said: "No, no … and I said at the time, anything beyond that just gets into politics."

That only works when someone (whether repub or demoRAT) has something on a Republican, especially a conservative Republican.
OTOH, the more liberal or socialist or victim class (black, hispanic, gay, lesbian, or uzzlim) the demoRAT is, the more immune they are to any repercussions. 0bozo could rape & pillage a 10 yr old girl on national TV and the media & his surrogates would make 0bozo out to be the victim and the young girl as the evil predator & therefore demonized.

He dismisses charges against his fellow racists, the New Black Panthers, for holding billy clubs outside a Philadelphia voting booth! He refuses to prosecute terrorists who are attacking our country and thwarted only by ordinary citizens. Eric Holder is the number two racist in the administration after 0bozo the main commie pig usurper. We no longer have a Justice Dept, just a bunch of thugs who prosecute law-abiding citizens and let the evil bastards go free.

I will add this though - 1946 Congress did a lotof good, enough to fix our post WWII economy.
and 1994 Congress balanced the budget, restrained spending, reformed welfare, and cut some taxes.

So is grand theft auto. But if a POTUS wires your Toyota and goes for a joy ride, he doesn’t get impeached. It’s only for “high crimes and misdemeanors”. Obstruction of justice is a high crime and misdemeanor. So is treason. Is murder? I’m not sure. If a POTUS robs a liquor store and shoots the owner dead, will he be impeached? What about rape and pederasty? Something tells me, we’d better find out before another Dem gets elected POTUS, just in case.
