This is indeed a victory, at least through November.

As a Hawaiian, I’d like to know what makes you say that. First time in more than 20 years this state has sent someone other than a Rat to Congress and you have to throw the proverbial Baby Ruth bar in the punch bowl. Thanks a lot!

It won’t be if he votes like Scott Brown.

I don’t know how much of a RINO Djoh is but I do know Mark Levin endorsed him.

Well, I’m cheering. He may be a rino (in your opinion) but he’s not a dem.
It’s a victory.

Electing even a RINO in a solidly ‘rat district in a solidly ‘rat state is a victory. In some places it’s just infeasible to elect conservatives, in those places, settling for folks who caucus with us and occasionally vote with us is still a victory.

...Djou is a RINO....
Arghhhhh.....we need an early warning RINO detector to veer RINOs off from the election and leave a space open so a Conservative can be elected.

Hold on!! If you look at Djou’s voting record on the Honolulu City Council you wouldn’t call him a RINO. He’s a fiscal conservative, a Capt. in the Army Reserves, husband and father and an open verbal opponent of Obama’s socialist policies. He ran stating that he would “oppose Obama’s policies”.
