“That’s the way I read it. Problem is...who can we get to take this to heart and enforce? Democrats most assuredly will not. Republicans are too few (in the state legislature) to even bring it up. Can ‘We The People’ do anything to push this? Any ideas out there?”
Ballot Iniative.
Ballot Initiative is a good idea but have you ever read what you have to go thru to get one on the ballot? Has to be turned in 131 days before election. Collecting over 400,000 signatures and all. It wouldn’t even happen any time soon. And, even if possible to get it all done, when it gets to the Attorney Generals desk, guess what? It can sit there for quite some time.
