No, social engineering does not trump property rights.

If a black congressional caucus can exclude white members, a Korean restaurant owner can exclude all but Korean customers if he chooses to. It seems to me this would severely cramp his profit potential, but why should I be allowed to deny the Korean owner his right to serve who he wants to because I might get my feelins hurt?
