Glad you found the thread! The story actually(amazingly, LOL) first came over the newswire here at the station around midnight. At that time it was difficult to find on the net. Eventually I found the time to post it on FR around 2-3 this morning.

FWIW I was under the impression it was ruled private property but apparently that is being challenged. That's all I can figure.

Still, isn’t that considered a historic artifact? Or am I confusing it with something else. Sort of like the Ten Commandments on the Adams Co. Courthouse. It is part of an historic building.
