"...a focus on latinos and other underserved populations,”

Amazing. And who determines 'underserved populations'? Smells like a lawsuit.

I've seen a few. Should walk in and open an account. Could get some free loot. Who knows.

Aiding and abetting is a crime.

A bank that engages in this should be shut down.

How do you get a bank account without a SS Number?

I want one too, I get so tired of sending in those 1099 forms every April 15th.

Part of what's in the article is true. I made several calls on illegals who were either mugged or murdered for their cash, usually by gangs.

The illegals slept in houses with 12 or so other people, so there was no place else to keep their cash. Some of them would have a thousand or so on them. The gangs knew that the illegals wouldn't go to the police. They also knew that if they killed them the victim probably wouldn't even be identified, and nobody was going to be pushing law enforcement to solve the crime.
