Looks like Haley is pulling into the lead.
An issue in SC recently is that the pols at the State House don't want their votes recorded or reported publicly!

Take the ad, let someone else sponsor it, and put it right back up.

“Judge Orders SC Political Ads Off Air”
Ilegitimus judicus. He’s prohibiting free speech. Unconstitutional.

"pull it's ads"... Good grief, Charlie Brown, where's the editor? They need to have the Apostrophe Protection Society sicced onto them.

Prohibiting political speech is highly, highly unusual. Likely a violation of the 1st amendment.

Seems like a “buyer beware” issue.
One should always scrutinize the organizations that they give money to.

What's this? Are they criminalizing opposing Democrats during campaigns?

How can a judge “order” somebody to remove TV ads?
To: Mamzelle
This is a family site so let me just say “%#@& Gresham Barrett.”
To: Mamzelle
From the article:
In an e-mail to WYFF, ReformSC Chairman Pat McKinney said," The ReformSC ads are completely legal. We will prove that in court, if necessary. And we will have the ads back up on the air. The fact that Gresham Barrett is willing to go to court to stop the transparency and accountability that will come when legislators have to vote on the record tells you all you need to know about the kind of governor he would be."

The judge doesn't know what he is talking about. The ad is 100% legal, as it is an
issue-based add. The only problem is that only 1 gubernatorial candidate embodies the ideals on the add. Too bad for the rest of the frauds.
