“He’s a very good athlete.”. What the hell has that to do with the issue before you? Did Brown think his election was about athletic competition?

I think he was bragging about how he can bicycle 40 miles without pausing. Brown wants to show people he is a real jock and can go one on one with John Kerry in an athletic competition.
