Maybe in areas like PA-12 where they outnumber Republicans 2 to 1 and have strong union history. But an unemployed Democrat is no better off than an unemployed Republican, and they care just as much about the kind of future their kids and grandkids are looking at. So I see PA-12 as an anomaly and the trend will be quite unpleasant for Queen Nancy come November.

I think PA-12 is anomoly. For someone as crass as Murtha who ROUTINELY insulted his district AND never gave the military the benefit of the doubt AND endangered the lives of service men on tour AND fanned the fames of sedition with the Haditha “scandal” AND NEVER RETRACTED his claims about the Marines to get religiously re-elected since the 1970’s proves that PA-12 is an anomoly.
9 districts out of 10 that the jackass dem looses.
I wish I could share your confidence. It is an absolute given that 0bozo & the demoRATs are counting on short memories & perculiar voting trends that cause demoRAT voters & even independents to ALWAYS pull the lever for socialist or even so-called conservative demoRATS...which in fact there really is no such animal as a pro-life or pro-gun or conservative demoRAT. A vote for any demoRAT is a vote for Pelosi or Reid or most horrendously 0bozo, the muzzlim, socialist-fascist-commie pig usurper in chief. The only way that the average stupid voter (ie demoRAT or independent) will vote against the House RATs or Senate RATs in the Nov 2010 is if the economy literally vanishes totally away. In that case we hopefully will see Am Rev II, which is the only way to either create 1/2 the country as conservative or for southern & western states to secede and create a new conservative country.
