Remember, the UCI has the world's toughest drug-testing policy--even more severe than the Olympic drug-testing procedures. The fact Lance Armstrong has NEVER tested positive for any drugs and/or never failed to submit to a random drug test anywhere in the world shows that Landis' accusation is falling on deaf ears at the UCI.

IMO, Landis is a POS trying to bring Armstrong down with him.
I never believed the victory was legit as he opened up a huge lead out of the blue. Things like that just don’t happen in the TdF.

Kinda like that, but Landis was hit for using ARTIFICIAL TESTOSTERONE.
There was always some doubt that he actually used it since some (few) men produce testosterone that's chemically identical (or enough so to make the current tests useless) to the artificial material, but there was never any evidence provided that Landis had that sort of testosterone.
Sounds like he's admitted using the artificial stuff.
Block packing would seem to be of much more value to the guys on the tours though.
