Child tells first lady her mother lacks 'papers' (Kid admits mom is illegal alien)

First lady Michelle Obama faced a tough, personal immigration question from a Maryland second-grader Wednesday when she visited an elementary school with her Mexican counterpart, Margarita Zavala.

The girl told Obama that her mother said President Barack Obama was "taking everybody away that doesn't have papers."

Mrs. Obama responded: "Yeah, well, that's something that we have to work on, right? To make sure that people can be here with the right kind of papers, right? That's exactly right."

The girl then said, "But my mom doesn't have papers."

Too bad Mrs. Obama didn’t tell the kid “CYA!”

I now want to know what the legal obligation Obama has in finding this mom and deporting her since he's required to uphold the laws of the US.

I know some of it was staged but that statement really puts Obama on the spot.

I was born and raised in Daytona Beach a long time ago. A lot of northerners would spend the winter there. I can remember that every year the seasonal kids would be called into the principals office to prove that they were legitimate residents entitled to be educated in Florida schools. This was done by buying a Florida license plate for the family car.

I keep hearing about how ICE doesn’t have the resources to round them all up but it doesn’t come any easier than the protest rallies and a kid admitting her mom is illegal.

That’s the sad reality and even sadder, if Arizona pd even calls ICE when a traffic stop reveals an illegal, ICE will do nothing.

It may have started that way but I doubt it was intentional for the kid to out her mom as an illegal. Just like balloon boy inadvertantly outted his family as hoaxers.
