Calderon’s statement is a clear admission that Mexico will not accept limits on immigration. The Democrats are peddling a lie that amnesty will be accompanied by effectively closing the southern border to illegal immigration. Amnesty will be effectively open southern borders. Any attempts to enforce immigration beyond the border will be met with the same derision it now receives. Any immigration law passed now will be a fraud.

One of the associated pimps was probably up all night trying to express the thought, without actually saying: “achieving amnesty without causing armed insurrection” and the best s/he could do was: “a federal fix the nation could embrace”.

Just like the last time, and with the same promises... We MUST pass this, illegals migrants need amnesty and after we give it to them we'll secure the border.... Same ol' bravo sierra, different year. Still telling us there are 12 million here, when it's more like 40-60 million.
