Of course Arizona CAN’T win this. However, they should still cut the power and see LA in court. It will take 4 years to litigate the matter perhaps more, and during that time LA can get a clue or buy a vowel.

I heard Gov Brewer on Hannity yesterday afternoon and she made the point clearer: AZ won’t pre-emptively cut off LA’s power, but if LA carries through with the boycott to the extent of refusing to pay their utility bill, then the power will be cut off just like it would for any deadbeat customer.
