It was a show raid to intimidate the right and titillate the left. Unfortunately for the Kenyans, they don't own all the judges yet.

I did like the fact that the Judge pointed out that burning a flag was not a seditious act and in this case it wasn’t even an American flag.

Hard to believe she’s a black female clinton appointee.

I picture a young undercover trying hard to make his boss happy after a two year investment. Not really the job....

This was all about finding white christian “terrorists” to parade in the media.

I have to wonder how much the investigation and pseudo military raid cost us?

And you’ll notice the media has conveniently forgotten about them. There has been some minimal coverage here on our local TV news.

They got two days of breathless coverage of the heroic takedown of this dangerous militia for people to remember.

Actually, reading their comments they could be Code Orange Freepers here. Anyone not posted for awhile?

But also, this reads like a PR stunt by the administration to try and deflect from their failure to deal with real Islamic terrorism.

I have forgotten; these people were arrested to divert attention from what, or whom?

Well, I didn’t mean “nutty” in any malign kind of way. They seem to want to be prepared in case the Antichrist comes along and the events at the end of the world take place.

I always used to quote the Bible verse where Jesus describes the end and then says, “No man knows the day nor the hour thereof.” So, no use guessing.

And I once spent some time researching the millennial fervor around 1000 AD, which of course proved premature.

But I must say, after watching Obama and his goons for a year, I’m a lot more ready to say that the end times might be upon us any day now. There are Iranian clerics who think that Obama is the promised figure who will precede the Mahdi, who from our point of view might well be the Antichrist. Kind of a Muslim John the Baptist rakeoff.

So, maybe the Hutaree Militia are kind of sensible after all.

No harm, I didn't take it that way.

So the undercover agent provided the ‘plan’ and induces the Hutaree to ‘the plan’ and maneuvers them by enticing them to make comments to the planned crimes.

I believe they were arrested at the height of the Tea Party protests.

It appears to me that the agent asked what they would do if some theoretical event were to happen.

The government has held them without bail for what, over 6 weeks. Rumors of pipe bombs, illegal weapons and plots to kill police officers leaked to the press. Has there been any evidence of any of this? If this isn’t fascist police state tactics nothing is.

Look at post number 5. There were no bombs and nobody even made a move for their guns when it all went down. They surrendered peacefully and screwed the feds royally.

Theoretical events. If that’s so, the government has no case, and this was all for political show.

FYI, there is no such entity as St Louis Examiner.com. They use your IP addy to personalize what you see. When I click on the link I see "Milwaukee Examiner" and the same article.

I think it's a bit sleezy.
