As Americans we can draw only one conclusion from this.
The Pakistani Army does not have enough money to fight terrorism. We should send them billions of more dollars to help them help us.
This is turning into an episode of 24. Next, we’ll figure out he wasn’t acting alone in the Pakistani government ... it goes all the way to the top. And, the Russians are actually pulling the strings on the Pakistanis. And the Russians are acting at the behest of Obama.

>>fooled, and continues to fool America.
Not to quibble, but self delusion may be the bigger folly by miles.
Another tidbit about Faisal’s Pakistani military connections, in addition his his father, a retired Army officer.
Pakistani investigators are also looking into a trip that Shahzad and the suspected Taliban liaison took from Islamabad to the town of Hasan Abdal in August, Pakistani law enforcement sources said. The pair stayed at the house of a friend of Shahzad’s father, Bahar ul-Haq, a retired vice air marshal in the air force.
