I have said the same things to my co-workers, friends and neighbors. My Mother-in-law said that I should not say she is “ugly,” that’s offensive; I told her, I have a right to my opinion, and my opinion is that this woman is UGLY - inside and out! You know what, I have also been known to tell a racy joke or two. Look, I cannot control by what others are offended; I can only control that by which I am offended. So, when a subject or topics with which I do not agree is being spoken of or written about on here, I avoid opening that topic - I don’t espouse that OTHERS should not talk about it.

Are your neighbors also offended or turned off by any joke which makes fun of: animals, people, lifestyles, churches, etc...? I mean, do you only discuss the radicalization of the American way of life in your neighborhood? Let’s be real - okay? You don’t like the subject, don’t look/listen or read. You might want to tell your neighbors that they too have a right to only read the subjects which interest them here on the FReeper.

And I really, REALLY do not like the (not so subtle) CHARGE of racism that you CONTINUALLY put in your posts. Who F@CKING cares what the color is of your neighbors? I speak like I speak to ALL my friends and neighbors - I do not change my dialect or topic or anything else just because my neighbor “happens to be” whatever. And exactly, how did they just “happen to be” anything? You think God made a mistake in creating your neighbors?

So, using your argument, some people are offended by abortion: the thought of it, the act of it, the institutionalization of it, etc... Should we not discuss this as a political issue anymore? Okay, so not “offended” but what if a woman had recently had an abortion got on here, what would she think about the way we speak of that subject - you know what, we should stop talking about that subject, she could get the idea that we don’t agree with the actions she took; what might she think about us?
