Obama is perfectly aware what it was. It was one of his fellow islamic warriors attacking the enemy. So of course he'll obfuscate however he can.
Yes, they were wounded in a WAR! While we’re at it, giving them guns so they can shoot back next time might also be a good idea!
No, but they should demand justice; violently if need be.
They should also “spit venom” at the Army command that had a responsibility to protect them and utterly failed.
But then, I suppose that’s par-for-course when you consider the cases of: 1) Jessica Gonzales, and 2) Linda Riss.

It doesn't matter if it is a sneak attack at lunch time while chatting with your bud, flirting with a nurse or transitioning from one place to another.
An attack is an act of war and at that moment, whether in full battle array or not, we are at war.
Purple hearts all around.
Do it!
Semper Fidelis!
Dick Gaines
**Hasan should also face a firing squad. Again, no question about it.**
All 43 should receive the Purple Heart. The Survivors should be invited to be a member of Shithead’s FIRING SQUAD, and also be invited to the Dismissal with DISHONOR, of that General who was more concerned about the Military’s ...diversity!
.
Why wouldn’t these soldiers get their purple hearts?
Why not? Obama was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize.
I agree. Although these soldiers should be recognized the Military Regulations for the issuance of a Purple Heart are in no way met by those stationed at Fort Hood. It is unfortunate but the case.
From Paragraph 2-8, Army Regulation 600-8-22 (Military Awards) 25 February 1995
a. The Purple Heart is awarded in the name of the President of the United States to any member of an Armed Force or any civilian national of the United States who, while serving under competent authority in any capacity with one of the U.S. Armed Services after 5 April 1917, has been wounded or killed, or who has died or may hereafter die after being wounded-
(1) In any action against an enemy of the United States.
(2) In any action with an opposing armed force of a foreign country in which the Armed Forces of the United States are or have been engaged.
(3) While serving with friendly foreign forces engaged in an armed conflict against an opposing armed force in which the United States is not a belligerent party.
(4) As a result of an act of any such enemy of opposing armed forces.
(5) As the result of an act of any hostile foreign force
(6) After 28 March 1973, as a result of an international terrorist attack against the United States or a foreign nation friendly to the United States, recognized as such an attack by the Secretary of the Army, or jointly by the Secretaries of the separate armed services concerned if persons from more than one service are wounded in the attack.
(7) After 28 March 1973, as a result of military operations while serving outside the territory of the United States as part of a peacekeeping force.
“Victim” and Purple Heart don’t sound right together.
Dont forget the first terrorist attack: Purple Hearts for PVT Long and PFC Esagawa when Muhammad shot them in the recruiter station in Little Rock.
.
Bump
This where do you define as the dividing line between civilian victim and military victim?
In your opinion then, all military personnel who were wounded during 911 also should be awarded Purple Hearts, correct?
Excellent point. Good Freeping.
Before you answer look at Post 29 and get the facts.
“Fast track his execution(I’m free next thursday),... “
I am off too! I’ll help in any way!!
I wouldn't even dare call him that. Call him and try him what he is. A Traitor.
Comparing the Purple heart to the nobel piss prize? Even if you would've put a sarc tag on it...... that's just ignorant.
Question...in Gulf War I, there was a muslim Sergeant who blew away some officers while they slept...did those officers get PHs?
