Obamacare's Hit Man

Last week the Congressional Budget Office reported that it expects that the Internal Revenue Service and the Department of Health and Human Services will spend up to an additional $200 billion over the next decade on administering Obamacare. That's in addition to the estimated $1 trillion that will be spent in 2014-2019 under the new healthcare law.

Much of the money will go to hiring hundreds of thousands of bureaucrats to administer Obamacare over the next decade. But in the short term, the additional dollars will bankroll a two-pronged campaign to re-elect congressional Democrats. The Department of Health and Human Services will not only provide talking points in defense of Obamacare, it is preparing to use the new law for short term political gain and in ways that could make health insurance less affordable and available in 2014.

Lest we forget the SEIU who wants to unionize all of the health care providers from nurses to janitors.

This, along with bureaucrats, was the goal all along...to insulate power via the ability to legislate life and death, coupled with a budget-busting union/government endless bureaucracy, bulging with trial lawyers and IRS agents to mandate health.

Hello Mr. Orwell, we have arrived.

But in the short term, the additional dollars will bankroll a two-pronged campaign to re-elect congressional Democrats.

No way, that would be unethical and not a one democrat politician would accept or allow unethical behavior.

This could affect peoples lives negatively for crying out loud!

Democrat's are the life's blood of the "party of the people" after all.

perfectly stated.

In the meantime, we’ll see widespread bankruptcy of first the insurance companies followed soon after by the delivery systems such as hopsitals, doc’s offices, pharmacies, nursing homes etc, followed by a few trillion dollar “bailout” program and bingo - the underlings of the single payer system.
In the meantime, huge underlaps in care. Which must have the tort lawyers salivating.
Sick and treasonous, but well planned, so far well executed and likely to be successful.

If we allow it to happen, there could be a revolution, and not just grannies in lawn chairs.

I dont think there is anything to stop it. You cant hold back a waterfall once its over the edge.
Not allowing Obamacare to beomce law was our first and perhaps last hope.
What is in place in that piec of legislation is the death nail to our private health care system.
Forget the taxes, forget the unfunded mandates, forget the compelled purchase of insurance, forgte the sweet daels to the Unions and certain staes and Senators and blood money.
Forget the despicable politcal methodology, the dark and diminutive back door deals.

The frame of the bill, its innards, the scaffolding is an economic sabbotage of the current payers, the insuracnec companies. They are scarificing the engine on which this plane fi=lied. They vilified publically, and they were legislatively assassinated - with a lsow poison.

Consider the analogy: Banks - ,make bad loans - we compel you via fair housing legislation. Do not worry about bad derivatives; those will be easily assumed by Fannie Mae and Freddie mac.
Similarly now, the insurance companies and being compelled to underwrite bad polcies, much like a bank underwriting a bad loan. And with Caps to rises in premiums to cover the losses to be determined by DSHS decretary. With the back up (derivative plan -public option) looming as the catch net for a failed economic profitibility by the insurance companies. ie, the poison is already in place to murder / destroy the private insurance companies. They are cordered and the walls are moving in.
These companies pay the delivery systems.
While gov patients pay at a loss to the delivery systems, the insuraqnce companies are the lifeblood to the current system.
No private insurance compaines, no profitable private delivery systems. These systems because of high volume, high cost, but very low margin, typcailly have ~ 2-3 weeks of reserved revenue to continue the business alive before throwing up their white flags.

NO, I’m afraid the poison is in the water and we have been infected. No amount of changes or appeals or repeals is going to change the formula. Its notoriably brilliant in its concept. Because just like the bank collapse, not many people are going to blame the goverment.
Oh no, as soon as the insurance companies call bankrupycy, many will rejoice, many will say good riddance and many wil simply blame OBAMACARE for what it did. It’ll soun on off as just another greedy indudtry that couldnt manage their own books, and bonuses will pointed at to the CEOs as the reason for failure, but few will acknowledge the Tomahack missile used to blow them up.
THEN THE EXACT SAME THING WILL HAPPEN FOR THE DELIVERY SYSTEMS. They’ll wi;; be maligned for being too caught up in the insurance companies pockets. Mis-management -overspend -poor use of resources and a need for an efficient fair public system will ushered in on the “crisis” of the medical system collapse.

No, these people are treasonous private company and industry wrecking balls.
And there wer no revolutions after the banking takeover and redistribution and no revolution after the auto fiscal.
And there may be some bemoaning, there wil lbe no revolution from the medical collapse as they once again will be able to pull the wool over most peoples eyes stating how it was the industries own fault, and the government is simply there as the good guy to pick up the pieces.
The part most people dont see or take enought time to acknowledge is that the pieces are a direct result of the stealth bombing written by the legislation.

No, only God can help us now.
This thing is over unless some 1-10,000 chance that some constitutional challange can be won and a large section of the law can get dismantled. But I am not holding my breath.

He have just wittnesed the beginning of the end of the soverignty of this nation.
the collapse of our healthcare system, the extraordinary loss of real capital in our markets, and the newly freshly printed paper borrowed to bailout an enormous percentage of the infrastructure, combined with the most repressive taxes we have ever seen which will be inplace to keep the legislation afloat will be a final blow like lethal combination.
OUR HEALTH CARE WILL BE A COFFIN NAIL- economically and socially - and perhaps the cracks in the walls of our sovereignty will become wide door mats.
