Former First Lady Laura Bush has come out against the Arizona immigration law, pointing to the discrimination that her own Irish ancestors, named Welch, faced in their time.

That will explain why Bush steadfastly refused to secure our borders, even after 9/11.
And it goes a long way to explain why Bush has hard core on pushing amnesty, despite the toll that took on his approval numbers, which sank(never to recover), after he started pushing amnesty.
Hey, here’s an idea: Maybe Laura can go join the Democratic Party while she's about it.

In TX, all one has to do is wait until March/April 2012 and vote in the Democratic primary or runoff, and he is automatically a Demcrat for two years.

Yes and take GW with her to Democrat party. We are coming after Democrats and GOP RINO in Nov.

In TX, there’s only one way to become a Democrat now if not already one: vote in the next party primary in March 2012. LWB may have a preference for 2012.
