I'm glad you have not be fooled by the Cordoba mythology of Islamists & their anti-west anti-Christian Leftist axis partners. But in the post I replied to you did not reveal that: Look at it again:
  Cordoba Initiative.
Let us all reflect for a second about why an organization wanting to build a mosque near the site of the 9-11 mass murder would choose as their name “the Cordoba Initiative”.

I know that it has been said that there are just two types of people entirely ignorant of history; unlettered barbarians and Americans.

Is it time for a brief History lesson my fellow Americans?
You merely call for reflection on the very name which has been made a false symbol of Islamic tolerance by that axis. Then you jump to an attack of American ignorance of history - which is a favorite tactic employed by the same axis against those who are not aware of their false history of "Cordoba" and Islamic tolerance. This is exactly how these soft Jihadis have sold their mosque to the NYC dhimmis!!!!!

While your post-37 says exactly what needs to be said - post-5 makes no clear statement calling out the deceit intended by this "Cordoba Initiative" by using that name. If sarcasm was intended, I'm sorry I missed it but glad to have you on the right side.

No sarcasm intended at all. Americans are almost entirely ignorant of history, and I believe it was Voltaire who first made that observation.

Islamists must indeed count upon American ignorance of history if they think that invoking Cordoba will bring visions of peaceful coexistence and tolerance.

The actual history is far from it, and the present day reality is that they still claim Cordoba FOREVER as an Islamic mosque.

So let us reflect for a second about why an organization wanting to build a mosque near the site of the 9-11 mass murder would choose as their name “the Cordoba Initiative”. Could it be that they are counting on American ignorance of the actual history of Cordoba as well as ignorance of their present day claims to Cordoba? Obviously.

Well obvious to me anyway.
