I got it from a Freeper who got it from . . . well, anyway, I can’t remember the Freeper’s name, but you can check the properties for clues to origin.
I think it would make a GREAT graphic for t-shirts, coffee mugs, Teaparty signs and posters. As long as it’s not copyrighted, you could use it to make up any of those things (for example, at cafepress.com).
