It’s easy to show someone speeding, how would you show that someone profiled?
people claim it all the time. if they claim it, they have to be able to prove it, just like anything else.how is this NEW? i suppose if you were TOTALLY INNOCENT and could prove that{since the stop requires reasonable suspicion of illegal activity in the first place} then that would go a long way to proving you were racially profiled, that is, stopped only based on your race and not because of a reasonable suspicion of illegal activity. if you are engaged in illegal activity, and are stopped i guess you’d have a far more difficult time to prove it, since it’s LIKELY NOT TRUE that you were profiled in that case.
