Isn't that interesting.....

Cuccinelli is going after the propaganda machine's inner workings. When he get's his warrant and storms the building, he'll just find a Sunday Times in there. Maybe some computer games and a Scrabble board.

But certainly no validating climate data.

Here’s the thing...if he digs and finds false data and can attribute it to a particular person...they could face state charges of corruption (jail-time). Various other state attorney general’s could turn and then take the same tactic. If the state attorney general won’t take cause...then civil cases in each state could erupt.

If I were a environmental studies graduate about to step out into the real world....I’d be extra careful not to falsify my data....like the other guys. Jail-time in a state prison is a big negative in a career. Can you imagine yourself sitting there with murderers and crazies....and admitting your crime is false data over global warming?

The act of digging itself should dissuade fraud to an extent. The principle seems sound.

When the intent of the researchers and those that fund them is to chop the legs off of the economic superpower so as to level the playing field, I have a problem with that.

Screw your howls of protest against our search for fraud and ties to villainous Soros funded organizations.

“The civil investigation is making some people sweat, and raised howls of protest from sources ranging from the liberal Washington Post to the libertarian Reason. Academicians are protesting it as a threat to academic liberty”

In other words AG Cucinelli is catching flak over the target.

The whole thing is a scam of the highest order. There are countless "companies" selling paper certificates to fools - called "Carbon Offsets." They are meant to look like stocks or bonds, but they are nothing more than worthless paper.

Don't believe me? Look:

Carbon Friendly Solutions - Carbon Credit Certification

If you have guilt about driving your Escalade, you can purchase this garbage. You can "invest" in carbon trading. This is an entire industry of deceit based on trading (literally) thin air.

It has made mentally unstable people like Al Gore very rich.

Liberals cry about Enron, or losing their own personal fortune to Bernie Madoff. THIS scam dwarfs them all by a factor of 1,000.

And you know what our government is doing about it. NOTHING. In fact, they are helping to run it.

Think about that.

You mean Conservatives aren’t “balanced” because they don’t have any Communism in them?

“Academicians are protesting it as a threat to academic liberty”

Hmmm.. I must have missed that part in the Constitution...

So they’re saying it’s a ‘right’ to be ‘liberal’ with their conclusions on ‘climate change’?

Sorry. But if your ‘conclusions’ cost taxpayers money, then you don’t have the ‘liberty’ to make up whatever you darn well please.

Daniel Lashof, director of the Natural Resources Defense Council's Climate Center, penned a letter calling Cuccinelli's actions "political harassment of climate scientist Michael Mann."

NRDC is up to their necks in perpetrating this tax fraud upon behalf of their investors.

EPA has just indicated it will start acting against large producers of greenhouse gases - - but not water vapor which is by percentage the dominant greenhouse gas.

EPA is targeting landfills, coal plants and companies that make the ingredients for concrete. So basically the cost of concrete in any form, trash removal and energy will increase based on fraudulent science.

So even tho cooling towers spew water vapor - just as harmless as CO2 which EPA deems as scary - from nuclear plants, that is okay.
