Let’s not get too picky. Her heart and mind are in the right place. Technically, you’re right, but everyone uses the term states’ rights.

Citizens have rights AND powers, sweetie - see the 10th amendment.BTW there isn't anything that I know of in the Constitution that says States DON'T have rights, so if there's a right to abortion, a right to privacy, etc., maybe there's one or two in there somewhere.......
