bullet that went off on its own.
Hopefully the gun and the bullets were separated so that they can't get their story right.

I had a FReeper tell me two days ago that it is “bullets” that kill people.Technically correct. An occasional person is beaten to death with an actual gun, but generally speaking it is passage through a person of high velocity metal that does the damage.
