If the Repubs spinelessly let her through, they will have proven their utter irrelevance.
I think if they just get her to admit she can’t preside over any case involving Goldman Sachs or the cases that she worked as White House counsel...then her value goes to fifty percent. I don’t think the White House considered the implications of her having to step aside on a dozen cases in the first year...and this will come back to be a moment of stupidity on the White House for picking her.
But you have to make her acknowledge what a normal judge would do in a circumstance like this.
Time to take out the RINO trash from the Senate.
