Amen and Amen!!!! Wouldn’t Bahbah have had a few choice words to add! To go from Bahbah’s tribute thread to here makes me feel as tho I’ve fallen into the Okeefenokee(?) swamp!

It's worse than any swamp, GC.

But I'm goint to reiterate, that Bahbah's death has put a lot of things in perspective for me........things I was working on and praying about anyway.

She embodied the best of FR, and threads like this embody the muck at the bottom of the swamp.

If we are to keep focused on what we're really here for, we just need to avoid the seedy places and stay with the constructive, rational, informed, forward-thinking, decent people who form what I believe are the majority on this forum.

The minority make the loudest, ugliest noises, but I truly don't believe they represent any kind of majority. The decent majority see threads like this, and are repulsed and sickened that THIS is the impression the 'outside' world gets about FR.

They don't see Bahbah's wise, sweet, thoughtful posts on constructive threads. They see maniacs filled with hate on threads like this. It adds to the sadness of the passing of good, good people like Bahbah (and kayak and Gretchen, and others).

And it detracts from getting rid of the evil in the White House and Congress, which is what we conservatives are supposed to be about. (btw, are these haters conservatives anyway? Leftist trolls use the same words......)
