Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Alan D. Bersin said Thursday he didn’t know he’s required by law to file paperwork verifying that his household employees were authorized to work in the United States.

This is scary!!!!!

“Alan D. Bersin said Thursday he didn’t know he’s required by law to file paperwork”

If this is acceptible, then illegals could use the exact same excuse.

There are so many forms that are required that we are all guilty and can be arrested or fined.

Does anyone remember the paper work reduction act of the 80’s? Oh yeah, it created another bureaucracy. Take a look at the forms you fill out, it will tell you how long on average it takes and then add up all the forms........and nobody gets angry about it.

I showed one of my clients a tax form that was one page. paper work reduction act showed 30 hours for record keeping, understandiing the law and filling out the form! NOW THAT IS JOB CREATION!
