Why does Obama’s number have 19 after the 151 and Nordyke’s does not? Why does Nordyke’s have 0 in front of 10641 and Obama’s does not? Probably just the difference between the 1961 BC form and practices of 1961, and those of the COLB form and practices of 2007.
