YouTube pulls Christie video
YouTube ^

Posted on 05/14/2010 8:08:58 PM PDT by hiho hiho

Drudge posted links to this video. After a large number of hits YouTube pulls.

"This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by The Star-Ledger"

Must have gotten to hot in the newsroom.

Yeah, that’ll work! Just make it disappear, after it’s been saved on a million machines.

Youtube is owned by Google so the BS is not surprising.

Maybe you havent heard but everytime you reply to a YT video, they now annoy you in opening a google account.

Works for me. I watched it last night. Well worth watching. He destroys a pantywaist reporter who takes him to task for “being confrontational.” He says he was sent there to govern and governing demands debate and confrontation. Great video! Christie is starting to get tagged as the Republican candidate in 2016.

If he gets a slamdunk in New Jersey, that might be 2012. I like his “tone “

Press conferences and statements by public officials should be in the public domain. A publication does own the words of its employees but they can be taken out of a video or text. Seen WAPO and others claim copyright when 90% of text was provided by someone voters elected to office. The paper doesn’t have a right to the words of a elected official simply because its employees asked questions. Especially considering many of these events are not open to the general public but are for the press only

Copyright, let us remember, is a privilage bestowed by the state, not a right. The media is abusing the privilage by restricting the ability of the public to hear what public officials say.

He is right on the ball . Bitch slaps the liberal”journalist”. Finally a politician with brass ones. Good for him . I hope he cleans up the sh*thole NJ has become. Little local tons paying police chiefs a quarter of a million dollars salary, people with 3 and 4 “full time: political jobs. School superintendents making $250,000 ,every politician having his wife , sister , girlfriend and grandmother on the state payroll . I hope he kicks ass that’s why we voter for him. Maybe next stop will be for him to dump that fraud Menendez.

Yep. Christie bitch-slapped the whiny Terry Moran so hard that Helen Thomas felt it (the biggest thrill she’s had in centuries).

PRICELESS!
