In other news Bittygirl has become interested in her bike. Training wheels will comes off soon.

It has been eons it seems since a Project Teardrop update.

I had saved nearly every scrap of wood from the build. I had also ordered an extra set of "left" hinges for this. A surplus air conditioner found it's way into the garage too.

Say Monty, I think I'd like Door Number 2.

Wedged into place.

Hanging on the hinges. I used what are called torpedo hinges. When the door is opened 90 degress, it will lift clear of the fixed portion of the hinge allowing easy swapping of the doors.

Cool, refreshing A/C for those hot summer camping expeditions. The unit will ride inside for travel, then be slipped into place once parked. A "blank" window is next up to fill the hole while traveling.

The sucker had been leaking for a couple of weeks, then let go. The seam rusted through. Good spot for a vent or a chimney methinks. None of this was visible with the pretty white coat and insulation it was wearing.
