CA-Sen. 2010: Palin Defends Fiorina Endorsement at SBA List Breakfast (RINO Alert)
American Spectator ^ | 2010-05-14 | Joseph Lawler

Sarah Palin started off her keynote speech at at this morning's Susan B. Anthony List "Celebration of Life" breakfast in downtown Washington D.C. with a defense of her endorsement of Republican California Senate candidate Carly Fiorina. Palin justified picking Fiorina over the other Republicans in the primary race by remarking that "anyone bold enough to proclaim their pro-life stance -- or pro-NRA stance in a deep blue state" like California is "the real deal" when it comes to pro-life credentials.

Probably ought to post a picture of Ron Paul along side that picture, right?

Given his vote for the Juan “Amnesty” McCain Amnesty bill and his penchant for loading up bills he intends to vote against and knows is going to pass with PORK.

You still refuse to be objective in your posting history Rabs.

I don’t think Sarah or any other conservative is truly fooled by the well-meaning but NOT conservative Fiorina. Rather, I think Palin, et al. chose to give up on the true conservative, DeVore, and are backing the next-most-conservative candidate. I understand the dynamic but simply disagree that DeVore can’t win.

Yeah, but Carly was proclaiming being pro choice for McCain.

Which is it Carly? Oh yeah, I get it, you figure Roe v Wade will never be overturned, so you are safe.

Geesh

Sarah’s not a Rhino but she was wrong to endorse Carly but in the end it doesn’t seem to have helped. Carly is losing ground to both DeVore and Campbell in the latest polls and that is why she is dumping another million of her own money into the campaign. She is on the skids and if people don’t get their act together they are going to end up with Campbell running and he’ll lose once again. Carly’s negatives are twice what both DeVore and Campbell’s are. She is also losing the woman’s vote. This time Sarah tried to triangulate and has shot herself squarely in the head. I still love her but she needs to do her research and stop doing sympathy endorsements like she did for John McCain. DeVore did get one of his biggest internet fund-raising days the day after the Palin endorsement. Also Chuck was on Freerepublic earlier today and was great.

Sarah McPalin is turning into the RINO supporter at large.

She is not who many think she is.

Sarah McPalin is turning into the RINO supporter at large. She is not who many think she is.

Sarah has been crisscrossing the country, taking on Obama with good conservative ideas.

Sarah endorsed a couple of RINO's.

No politician is perfect. They all make mistakes.

Perhaps stockpirate, she isn't what you think she is.

So the following endorsements are RINOs?

1. Nikki Haley
2. Michelle Bachmann
3. Scott Brown
4. Doug Hoffman
5. Rand Paul
6. Marco Rubio
7. Chris Christie
8. Bob McDonnell

You're logic and evidence is extremely weak, and your statement is false.

RE :”Yeah, but Carly was proclaiming being pro choice for McCain.

This is the type of deceitful election flip that McCain did in 2008 on most issues (as he is doing now) that really got me angry. It is so transparent and says she thinks we are stupid.

Personally I would have more respect for a politican that is honest (OK slap me) and disagrees with me than this transparent deceitfulness. At least Spector admitted he is a prostitute.

Voters (even RINOs) that vote for Carly in the primary after this have something wrong with them.

Ron Paul never voted for amnesty. And the McCain bill on amnesty never came up for a vote in the House.

BTW, according to this article, he also voted for Most favored Nation status for China twice.

Not much of a Patriot if you ask me.

Rabs likes DeMint. He's perfect.

Oh wait...

- DeMint endorsed Mitt early in the last presidential cycle.

- DeMint endorsed Goober Graham in Goober's 2008 primary battle against an anti amnesty, solid conservative opponent.

- DeMint, just last week praised Jeb Bush, saying he would make a good president.

Maybe, maybe not. It’s a game with the politicians to stay in power.

RINOS need to be out of our government.

I believe Palin is truly pro life. I think she would overturn Roe if she could. But Carly Fiorina is only saying that to get social conservatives to vote for her.

I wish Sarah could quit vacillating back and forth between Tea Party candidates and RINOs. I believe she thinks she needs the McCain types to get elected. They only hurt her.

Sarah Palin may believe she is moving them in her direction. Only for a short time Sarah, then they will expose their true stripes. Most likely those true stripes might come back to bite you in the end.
