NYPD, BOMB guys, task force(s)’ all on the scene.
I live near the NYPD shooting range and where they take explosives to detonate. Couple times a week you can hear the shooting range. And get out of the way if they have an explosive. Escorted all the way. I’m a NYPD scanner buff for the last 20 years. It’s one way of finding out what’s really going on in the neighborhood/city. LOL.
Praying this is a dud or a prank.
