That made my day. Christie, who I’ve never heard speak before, came across like John Candy following a well-rehearsed script — complete with the flourish where he picks up the pages, one at a time, and says, “bigger government, higher taxes, more spending” — but it was all extemporaneous.

I loved how he utterly annihilated the arrogant, deceitful liberal “news reporter.”

Indeed! I sent this clip around to several friends and relatives, and they all loved it and want Christie for their states.
