My sister, back in PA, says that he doesn’t get the respect because of his weight. I know Christie would say, “this is who I am,” but if it is standing in the way of a national presence and respect, I’d love to see someone convince him to lose weight. This man could do a lot for the GOP brand across the country.
Perhaps your sister is a snob. We can pray that with maturity she will become more understanding and will able to see through appearance to recognize character.
