If I ever met Laura Bush, I would ask her this question....

“If I could time travel and I met your mother when she was pregnant and carrying you, and abortion was legal at that point in time, would you find it acceptable if I talked your mother into having an abortion?” If Laura told me no, I would say, “Why not?” It’s a woman’s right to choose.

It’s like Ronald Reagan said, “Those people in favor of abortion have already been born.”

So, now we have Laura Bush admitting that she is in favor of gay marriage and abortion. Her husband Jorge made sure that our southern border was wide open and for eight years tolerated and encouraged the Mexican invasion, even after September 11, 2001. Then he pushed for amnesty.

Jesse Jackson was right when he said, “America, stay outta the Bushes!” I’ll never vote for another Bush again, for any office. No wonder we’re stuck with Obama today.

Because of her mother's history, I wouldn't waste my time asking Mrs.Bush that particular question. There was no reason for her married mother to ever consider abortion, in fact quite the opposite was true. In the various interviews that she has done for her book, she has said that her parents wanted a big family and that her mother had several miscarriages. Laura has said that she was acutely aware of the sadness that those losses caused her parents.
