Hey CWCT - you all in the Great North East may get confused when you read the FR comments but we here in the conservative south read that this dude gave $ to the Bamster for WHATEVER REASON....he’s toast...over
I have plenty of problems with him. Just like I do with Arnold in a skirt, his opponent. But that’s CA’s problem.
If any of y’all know anyone in or near this district...get the word out. Networking is the only way to stop the RINOS.
I’ve never heard of this Rigell, but the voters he is courting are far left, many transplants from the Northeast.
If Poizner was running in the VA-02 against all of those conservatives, you’d better believe that his apostasy 10 years ago would be a huge issue. But running against a RINO in California, the issue doesn’t have much legs.
Scott Rigell and Ben Loyola are very similar on the issues, and each has the profile and funding required to defeat Nye in November. Why should conservatives support Rigell instead of Loyola when Rigell saw fit to send $1,000 to Barack Obama in 2008?
We’ll see...I’m writing one tonight.
Don't know enough about Rigell or Loyola to answer your question. The fact that Mike Pence supports Rigell makes me want to give him a break though. On the other hand, nobody's perfect and Pence could be dead wrong on this one.
Scott Rigell, running as the favorite of the GOP establishment in the Republican primary in Virginia's 2nd Congressional District, donated $1,000 to Barack Obama... Scott Taylor... a former Navy SEAL and local business owner, is also running in the Republican primary... whose campaign slogan is "Send a SEAL not a RINO," said, Rigell "didn't even vote in the Republican primary, and then gave $1,000 to Barack Obama on March 10," 2008.
