So why Mombassa? Not only is it completely implausible; I don't see the emotional appeal. Why Mombasssa rather than his father's village? Or why Mombassa rather than Nairobi?

First time I was in "Kenya"(?) in the sixties, it was completely implausible that I would be landing at Granny Sarah's village 700+ miles away!!

You see, dummy, I arrived by the natural way at that time by a vessel floating on the sea and propelled by large screw, and closest entry was the port of Mombasa. At that time, when you still was not dry behind the ears, traveling by freighters was not uncommon!!!

Could your little brain maybe get the Idea that your dear leader's mom also could have crossed the ocean on maybe a Plimsoller, or is an "AFTER-BIRTHER's" brain just tooooo small to think in those lanes???
