“Numerous states have now passed laws to require that certificate to be placed on the ballot.” ......... Which states? Links? I have heard that a few are considering such laws, but none that have passed.

Arizona & Oklahoma, but they have not yet been signed into law. Only passed in house.

My mistake. I remembered it wrong. Arizona has the bill passed in the House and many other states including Missouri have it proposed.
It was the bill that had been passed, not a law yet.
