Yet Stanley was in Seattle for college classes and Vancouver/Mercer Island to visit only weeks after the Holy Hawaiian Birth of the Obama Legend.
To me the only possibility of a birth outside of the United States would be on Canadian soil. I know that chief inspector has done some work there on this subject. A hard task in actual fact, in British Columbia. Only some chance reference might give a clue. I have spent all too many hours on this subject, but much of it has proved educational.
