It's poly-cotton, for one thing.
For another, the pleats are wrong. And the buttons and waistband are just tacky.
If there were a stiff breeze, it would quickly become embarrassing . . . . kilts are WOOL and box or deep knife pleated. Preferably in a military pattern.
