Jeez where has this story been?
This story has been around for a very, very long time! I just wonder why this hasn’t already been blown wide open? And if what someone else stated in this thread is true - that they do not re-issue old SSN then why is OB using a number that was issued back in 1890 to another person?
This is very frustrating!
