Does anyone know what happened to the cross itself? The article says it was “taken down,” but no more. Was it destroyed? Taken away? Burned? Desecrated?
Typical idiot reporter. No obvious bias, but he never learned that readers want to know the FACTS.
It would certainly be nice if the original, historic cross could be restored. But if not, then replaced.
It was stolen, apparently. Perhaps now buried in the desert, never to be found.
