A better question.
Does Kagan know what is written in The Constitution?
Does Kagan care what is written in The Constitution?
Kevin James is better looking.
If she's NOT gay, somewheres out there is a guy who lost the worst bar bet in the history of the world.
I’m going one step further: I would say she’s a post-op transsexual! She’s a he!
LOL!
I’m still wondering about David (don’t call me Dave) Souter.
Good point.
I'm not homosexual. I can understand there are homosexuals out there who don't proselytize and don't expect preferential treatment. If someone is a homosexual, but they don't allow their own personal issues to impact the way they view Constitutional ones - perhaps an unrealistic expectation in many or most cases - ideally, it shouldn;t be an issue.
In this case, it seems she would make it as issue based on statements about don't ask don't tell and ROTC on campus.
As an aside - take a look at this woman. Does she look “normal” - from a purely physical perspective?
I don’ think so. Viewing her from a biological perspective, her physical appearance seems to mix masculine and feminine traits to some degree. While she dresses and appears to be a biological female, she also exhibits some very strongly masculine traits.
My point here is that there are two kinds of “homosexual”:
people who are driven to it by accident of biology and people who do it by compulsion through deliberate choice. In any population, the number of people who fall in to the first category are by necessity small. In a breeding population, exclusive biological homosexuality is a biological dead end. They can't reproduce themselves. In SOME populations, a cultural “compulsion” or perversion, if you will, takes hold of a significant portion of that population, and homosexuality as well as possibly other perversions are practiced by choice or compulsion, not by biological imperative. Ancient Greece and, to a lesser extent, Rome, as well as the Ottoman Turks come to mind. I think Ms. Kagan falls into the first category.
So, we should understand that there are some people who can't help their homosexual inclinations, but at the same time we should recognize it for the biological aberration it is, and while tolerating them, NOT accept it as a normative cultural or behavioral practice, lest we become another Ancient Greece, Rome or Ottoman society - something liberals are trying their best to achieve.
As far as appearance goes, she looks very much like a lady I knew with serious thyroid issues. She had very brittle hair she had to keep short, and thickened jaw and neck.
Yep, my first thought a dyke. And if that is true she better not hide it and she is not qualified as she is a rebrobate, devoid of right thinking.
Was that a , gulp, woman in the picture that Kagan’s face is photoshopped on to???
Man, just lost my appetite!!
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well, if you want. Here, better use this.
I know. Real sorry about that. Here's something thats a little easier on the eyes.
Man, she could crush a guy to death between those thighs!!
Wonder if she took steroids?? Her face certainly looks very manly.
Well, each to his own said the old lady as she kissed the cow. (My grandmother used to always say that)
I’m sure if her situation was merely a thyroid issue, it would be addressed by now.
She has a definite gynanderous appearance.
Come on. No document written by white, Christian, male, (some (gasp!) slaveowners), eurocentric, hegemonic, patriarchal, gender-normative, capitalists, could possibly have any relevance in today's world.
Ask anyone at Harvard, if you don't believe me.
Solicitor General Kagan is gayer than Christmas in Tahiti.
Unfortunately she is tied up this week trying out as a linebacker for the Phila Eagles.
I was thinking Dick Morris. I think that Kagan looks like Dick Morris in drag.
>”Wonder if she took steroids?? Her face certainly looks very manly.”
lol. I think sheheit has a beard. Pretty much answers that question. lol
I was pretty sure the answer would be ‘Yes’.
I thought I spotted a 5 o’clock shadow.!!
