The pill caused my wife to be forced to have a total hysterectomy before we had any children. There was a long period of time during which we agreed the pill was our malignant enemy.
However, all that led to a miraculous series of events ten years following that resulted in our adoption of a newborn (we were both in the delivery room when she was born) who has grown into the most amazing adult we could ever hope to know.
She was graduated from university this past Saturday magna cum laude and with other honors, and our pride knows no bounds.
All things work together for good to those who know God and are called according to his purpose.
(To be clear, though, I agree with your list.)
Amen! I exalt in your blessings. I hope you encourage your daughter toward a powerful and loving marriage like yours. I hope you also boldly encourage her to give you many grandchildren.
