If people see Obama as the victim of a "Republican" witch hunt (and that's what the media will successfully make it look like) they'll rally to his defense.

Agreed. People won't understand the significance of the birth issue. They will understand the significance of loss of liberty, higher taxes, perpetual unemployment, and a worthless currency.

The rule of law super(s)edes every other issue at this point, because without the rule of law, it doesn’t matter what laws we have.

I wholeheartedly agree. However, the rule of law has already been subverted. Our States elected a man who was not qualified to be President. In regards to the rule of law, the biggest battle we face today is keeping Obama's judicial picks off the bench. Because with the judiciary, the rule of law becomes whatever Obama's judges say it is. I would much rather work towards tying up the Senate over the next eight months, because with this current gang of Congressional Democrats, the rule of law has been wounded, perhaps mortally.

There's good reason no influential conservative wants anything to do with this birther nonsense.

So I guess you don't want the NBC issue resolved before your child reaches age 35 or else you are not a Conservative.

thx for the update. I tried to google it but came up empty. Does he have a website that you know of? I couldn’t even find one, for this “internet powerhouse.”

Do you really want people who voted for Obama getting the opportunity to rewrite our Constitution?

No, that's why we are many here who are fighting to get the impostor removed ASAP at whatever it takes. However, YOU seem to want that by your pacifistic initial post, that was contradiction to your own "about" page quotes, hello!!!

I wish you every success at that task. We certainly need that. We need it all. You attack on that front with all your might and I’ll be cheering your every move. And I’ll keep plugging away from this end. Maybe we’ll meet in the middle when we’ve cut through both ends of the enemy’s line. I think that’s what it’s going to take.

Just a little note: I do agree that the SCOTUS appointments are critical. Interestingly enough, any SCOTUS justice has to be appointed by an eligible president in order to be a legitimate justice. Judicial appointments would be reversed if Obama was found to be ineligible. At least that’s what David says, and his legal reasoning makes sense. Bills could become laws even if a president didn’t sign them so they wouldn’t be reversed if it was found that no Constitutional president had signed them. But presidential executive orders and judicial appointments totally depend on them being made by a legitimate president. If no legitimate president had made them, they would not stand.
