The Dem are not stupid like the republicans in that they don’t put people in that are so old that are going to die in 5 years. However they are corrupting this country with there sicko picks just like they corrupt in everything they do.

As a black female I’m a bit ticked that he couldn’t find a strong black woman to represent on the court.

Since this woman has never been a judge, and cannot claim that "primary qualification" it is an INSULT TO THE OTHER JUSTICES THAT SHE IS EVEN BEING CONSIDERED. Really, if I were on the Supreme Court, after having a background that many of them can claim, and this woman comes along...and is appointed...I would feel that my record and past accomplishments, and knowledge, has been demeaned.
How very insulting this candidate Kagan is to them who have served, no matter what their views and positions are. Obama may as well select Bozo the Clown, for Heaven's sake. But, I guess since Zero is a man of few accomplishments, and no leadership backgound, he probably figures that experience in anything just is not important anymore. As long as someone is willing to kiss up to the king Zero, that is all he wants.
Kagan and Sotomayor both look like soon to be stroke victims...

Agree — was thinking yesterday when I saw Kagan’s picture, ‘THAT’S a woman?????’ I, too, see the Chaz Bono resemblance!
In my opinion, being a judge doesn’t automatically mean you have a “robust knowledge and devotion to the literal reading and interpretation of Constitution of the United States” so the fact that she hasn’t been a judge doesn’t bother me. After all, Ruth Bader Ginsberg had a long history on the bench before her role on the SCOTUS and think it’s a disservice to this country that she sits on the highest bench in the Land.
What bothers me about Kagan is her liberal slant on the Constitution and the role of the government in our lives.
WHY THE HELL DOES EVERYTHING LEFTISTS/LIBS DO HAVE TO BE A FIRST FOR SOME MINORITY ISSUE!!!?????
