I'm afraid not, even the conservatives will not stop Obama or his court nominees. (of course they will squawk for the cameras a bit.)

Just like they did not stop Sotomayor, Universal Health Care, TARP bailouts, stimulus spending bills, budget bills, FCC’s power grab, EPA’s power grabs, and on and on.

Conservative voters nor rightwing pols just do not have it in them to do what it takes to fight communism.

Sessions probably will, he’s on the judicary committee. Hatch and Cornyn won’t - too spineless. And Grahamnesty surely won’t. I can’t remember the other Rs on the committee.

Next up will be Ginsberg who retires before 2012 due to “health reasons” so he can get 3 flaming liberals entrenched for the next 30 or so years.
