Racial profiling use to be considered good police work.

If the Commies file a suit against AZ re: this law, this will be very good for the GOP in November. The majority of people ARE IN FAVOR OF THIS LAW. So yes, bring it on Obama and Holder.

There is nothing to sue over in a sane world.

The AZ law is just the same as the Fed Law ... I don’t see what grounds they’d have. Any Atty’s around that might have an idea?

The Arizona law quotes the Federal law verbatim. He needs to sue himself.

Holder repeatedly whining about possible lawsuits is like the guy telling Tuco why he is going to shoot him.

Wait a minute! To get into nightclubs in San Francisco, young girls have to show their ID`s. to the bouncers -they have to be "carded" or they are 86`d.
This is a violation of their civil rights by racy profiling of young sexy ladies.
Help!
Where is the ACLU when we need them?
To: Libloather
Should be an interesting fight. The feds suing to prevent a state from doing a job the feds are supposed to do but aren’t.

Can’t be bothered to not only not prosecute Black Panthers, but even answer questions from the Senate on WHY he didn’t, and yet he can challenge a state that mirrors federal law.

Anyone who has taken a basic law class knows you can’t bring a claim for a wrong that hasn’t happened yet.

Great, the clear majority of Americans who support Arizona are going to have to foot the bill for the Feds to represent the clear minority of racist,America-hating Socialists in an evil lawsuit designed to eradicate whats left of the Tenth Amendment!
Americans still have to pay for the rope to hang ourselves.

Prior to the inauguration, that was the reason many courts gave for refusing to look at the Obama birth certificate issue.

So in effect they would be sueing themselves because the law passed in Arizona is a state law to enforce existing federal law.Bring it on.The arrogance is unbelievable.
