If that one blows, Europe may think it’s economic collaps is just a little inconvenience. Solar activity, which is supposed to be on an upswing, is fizzling right now. Combine that with ash clouds obscuring sunlight, and you may see a REALLY bad year for European agriculture with a greatly reduced growing season resulting in higher food prices.
